I have heard some talk about the church

I have heard some talk about the church without ever thinking of what the church is in the biblical sense. Their only sentence is that we are the church as if that is all the bible has to say about it. Because of this, they think of the church so flippantly as to not consider it a grave sin to Christ if we do not think right about it, for after all, the Church is his body. It is as if they slap him in the face with his very hands. But Christ is ever patient and lovely but at times he visits his own with redemptive judgment. May we not lose our lampstands!
