It is often the case that God encourages us with good news. When we are down and depressed, dead, and lingering in the darkness, God encourages our hearts with good news. The gospel is the greatest of good-news and it is always available to the believer and unbeliever if they would believe. We often make light of this glorious remedy and often linger in our gloom longer than we ought and God often whispers to us some other good news like with an answer to prayer to lift us out of the mire. Such is the sweet love of God that even after presenting us with the greatest of news, He blesses us even more. If you are discomfort today, I beseech you tp take your grieve and misery to Him and remind yourself of the glorious news that Jesus died for you and that you are forever accepted in God's sight despite your vile and wicked sin.
