I have lived in sin
And thought I could be happy
Without obedient to my Christ.
I have been asleep
When my salvation is drawing near.
It is time to awake
And to depart from the deeds of the dark.
'Not in orgies and drunkenness,
Not in sexual immorality and sensuality,
Not in quarreling and jealousy.
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ,
And make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.'
